IRS Income tax return transcripts

I called the IRS to get the transcripts for last 3 years return. The IRS lady told me that she can send the transcripts without the IRS letterhead right away but if I would want to get the one on the IRS letterhead, Ii would have to fax form 4506T. Does anyone knows which one does the NVC requires.

I don't know what the lady is talking about as I just requested last 3 years on the phone and got them in about 7 days with a IRS letterhead.

Just order on the phone through their automated system. It will take 5-10 minutes and transcripts will arrive in about 1-1.5 weeks.
