Double hit today. First Hit: Today NVC operator confirmed DS-3032 was recorded into the NVC computer system. Yeah! :yes:NVC operator stated that I should receive my invoice for payment in two weeks. I logged onto the system to check if maybe the invoice post early and sure enough IV fee invoice was there. So Second Hit: Paid IV fee Online today (9-8-08). So our journey is just moving right along.... (L):luv:(L)

2008-20-08 NVC Package Received

2008-26-08 AOS Fee Paid Online

2008-29-08 AOS Posted PAID Status

2008-30-08 D3032 Sent via E-mail

2008-30-08 Auto Respone from NVC via E-mail

2008-01-09 Mailed Signed Hardcopy D3032 with tracking#

2008-04-09 NVC Received D3032(pending system input)

2008-08-09 NVC Live Operator confirmed D3032 updated in computer

2008-08-09 NVC Paid IV Fee($400.00)- Online- Status IN PROCESS. :)

2008-09-09 NVC IV FEE Paid (wow quick :)

2008-09-28 NVC I-864 Process Completed

2008-11-04 NVC Received DS-230 Package

2008-11-12 NVC Live Operator Confirmed Our Case is Completed :) Pending Interview Date :)

(Our submission was delayed because my husband applied for the New Nigerian Passport so we needed to wait for his new passport. All is well now ;)

2008-12-05 Received Interview Package

2008-12-24 Husband received Interview Package in Nigeria from NVC :)

2009-01-16 Medical Completed

2009-01-20 Interview Appointment - Visa Approved:) President Obama Inauguration Day:)

2009-01-27 It's Official VISA IN HAND!!! :) My Husband is coming home! :)

2009-02-10 POE LAX :) No problems smooth process. We thank God ;)

You are moving fast. You might be done with NVC before the end of September.You should start getting all the documents for the AOS as well as the DS-230 ready. Good luck.

NVC Journey

07/01/08 NVC case# assigned

08/14/08 CASE COMPLETE: NO RFE FROM NVC:44 days

09/15/08 Interview date assigned

Embassy Journey

10/01/08 Case at embassy

10/08/08 Document verification and got interviewed (Approved)

10/09/08 Pick up visa (original interview date)

07/23/2010 Mail off I-751(USCIS received on 07/26 via usps)

07/26/2010 NOA1 date (notice received 8/2/2010)

2007-11-10.....Marriage in Ecuador

2008-01-11.....I-130 Sent

2008-04-28.....I-130 Approved

2008-05-02.....NVC Received

2008-08-20.....Case Complete at NVC

2008-10-14.....Interview--221g, asked to present joint sponsor inspite of NVC approval

2008-11-07.....Visa due to arrive. DHL truck delivering visa was robbed, Consulate required us to present I-864s and DS-230 again, had to get a new passport and other related documents

2008-11-14.....Presented all new documents in person at Consulate, visa printed same day

2008-11-25.....POE Atlanta

2008-12-26.....Green Card and 2nd Welcome Letter arrive

2010-09-02.....Date of NOA ROC 1-751

2010-12-13.....Approval of ROC

2011-01-12.....10 year Permanent Resident card arrived

2011-12-20.....N-400 Application mailed

2011-12-29.....NOA

2012-02-02.....Walk-in biometrics (appt was for 2/16)

2012-04-17.....Interview

2012-05-18.....Naturalization Ceremony
