Well I was complaining this morning about not receiving the BIO notice and guess what was just in the mail My appt is on oct 10.

The notice date says sept 26, it was posted on the 27th from MS.. I guess it takes a long time for a letter to come from Missouri! Interesting this notice doesn't appear in the online tracking.

Chances of your file updating online is very slim. The June/July filers still have no updates on their files and they are past interview. The USCIS stated when I called them up, that it is up to the service center to update it. So probably will not happen. Great concept, but I don't think they have the manpower to update the case file online. Which really sucks!!!

Hi,

I finally got my AOS sent off on September 27th. It was received on September 30th at Chicago Lockbox. The check cleared today!!

Say, I've looked up the check on my online banking. It has a 13 number/digit, which starts with an MSC. I figured that this was the case number and that it was transferred to Missouri. When will I be able to access this online. Right now it says, the number is invalid.

Which office did you send it to? Try putting those three letters (in my case it was LIN) and then the rest of the info. If they transfered your file to MSC that could just be that code, or it could be nothing at all.

Just went for my bios at Louisville. I was in there about 20 mins, but it took longer because they were having difficulty getting my prints. They said I worked too hard and that my fingers were worn out! Eventually they decided that the prints would have to do but they did warn me that they might be rejected by the FBI and that I might need to have them done again.

They handed me a copy of the new test study guide. I asked if I could please have the old one and they said they were not allowed to give out the old one any longer and that I would have to get it online.

The other bad news is that they told me that I am going to have to travel to Indianapolis for the interview, which sucks since I work in Louisville KY and it will mean taking a day off work to go to Indy.

Just got my bio appointment notice. I'm scheduled for fingerprinting on 10/17/2008.

What do you guys think will happen if i get my interview date before i meet 3 year continuance resident requirements? I filed N400 right when 90 day window opened. Does one has to be 3 year green card holder before interview date or oath ceremony?

I forgot to mention one thing - folks who have "365 days" as the stated expected wait in their NOA shouldn't complain. Mine says "460 days" .. I'm sure it'd be much sooner than that, but it is what it says there. And my case has been transferred to NBC as well.
