I can't believe it. A few hours ago I was complaining about other people getting their biometrics appointment but I just checked my mail and my letter is there: Oct. 09. I am updating the list. Hope the format is still good.

Does your case status on-line reflect the biometrics notice?

PEOPLE: READ THE APPLICATION FORM INSTRUCTIONS!!!! They have a lot of good information in them! Most of the questions I see on VJ are clearly addressed by the form instructions. Give them a read!! If you are unable to understand the form instructions, I highly recommend hiring someone who does to help you with the process. Our process, from K-1 to Citizenship and U.S. Passport is completed. Good luck with your process.

Im filing for my husband, we got married on 8/8/08 , i sent off the I-130 on 9/15/08 and recieved the NOA1 so im putting together my packet for the I-129F to send off before the end of the week. I really dont know what to expect, me and hubby are relying on prayer right now. Good luck to everyone else, I'll keep you in my prayers as well.

Im pretty clueless about everything so i'll be asking a lot of questions......

Umm...you realize that you are posting this in the citizenship forum...and if you got married on 8/8/08, you have a good 3 years before you really need this forum...

Not to mention the fact that you don't need to file an I-129F if you are already married.

Not to mention that you don't need to file an I-129F if you have already filed an I-130.

Given the trash we have to choose from in this country, why would voting matter to you?

It is the main reason I am applying for citizenship, so that I can participate in the voting process. Your judgment about the elected officials of this country is your own and I do not wish to discuss political matters in this particular forum.

It's not my own - lots of people know about this. Perhaps, one day, you will too (:

Yeah, so it probably was. What's the notice date on the NOA? Is it around the 23rd? Edited by akdiver

3 biometrics appointments already? WOW, that is fast!

Vermont used to be the fastest Service Center but now it seems it is the slowest.

My case has been transfered to NBC "in order to assist with the process". Is that standard or is it because they are too busy?

My case got transfered to NBC as well.
