My fiancee is previously married.shes been seperated with her husband for 11 yrs now

they have 3 kids and they all living with her.she dont know where her ex right now

she never seen or talk to him since he left them.So my fiancee filed for presumption of death for her ex

so she could be free to marry again and the court granted the petition. Is this gonna be a problem at the time of her

interview?because i read a lot of case regarding about termination of prevoius marriage documents being investigated

for fraud.Do you think they will investigate hers?we proof that we are for real.

depends on the country of origin... If you are in a high fraud post the chances are higher than if you are not

YMMV

Right, plus the OP is mixing two separately evaluated questions.

1. Is she free to marry?

2. Is their relationship bona fide?

The answers are true or false independently.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
