Looks good. It looks like you are sending lots of IDs. I am not sending in the social security, passport or diver's license copy for DH and I. I did in the past for the other applications, but they don't seem to be requested for the N-400 (if the spouse's birth certificate is present), so I decided to take it easy this time;)

you probably still have lots of energy left to deal with immigration :innocent: . Personally, i was too tired and lazy, so only sent what was required, no extras (hubby was kinda lazy to copy same stuff over and over too :bonk: ). Otherwise, looking good

P.S. i did add a brief cover letter, listing all the stuff i included in the package

as the other said, you don't need to send so many proof of ID. i would send it like this:

Cover letter

• Form N-400

• $ 675.00 Check

• Photographs (2 Passport Size) (don't forget to write your name and A# in pencil on the back of these)

Applicant ID Copies

• Permanent Resident Card copy front and back

• Selective Service Registration Card copy

• Certificate of Marriage Registration copy

Spouse ID Copies

• Spouse's Birth Certificate

Taxes

• Income Tax returns Federal and State (years 2004 through 2007)

Banking

• Bank Account history from August 2004 to present one from each year

Leases (w/ both your names on them)

• Letter from rental office for apartment confirming residence since 2004 to present.

• Apartment lease history from July 2004 to present.

Insurance (w/ both your names on them)

• Vehicle Registrations

• Auto and Home owners insurance from June 2004 to June 2009

• Health insurance card copy

if it would make you feel better you can send everything you had on the list, but it's unnecessary and makes your package too big and unpleasant for them to go through. you can take all the rest, and more, when you go to the interview.

hope that helps. :)

Thanks guys. I am tired too but I thought lets do it one final time. The last thing I want to do is to give these guys any reason to delay the application any further than they will anyway. It is my first maaraige so I don't need to send in any documents relating to divorces. I don't have any legal problem records besides one speeding ticket worth 200 that I challenged and it was not procescuted so i am not sending anything relating to that either.

P.S. i did add a brief cover letter, listing all the stuff i included in the package

I have a table of contents page for that purpose which is what you see in my first post + all documents are partitioned as above(Applicant ID's, spouse ID's etc) and labled with tabs. I don't know how much more easy and complete I can make it for them.... I hope they will apprciate it and process my application faster. :)

By the way I am going to write

attention: N-400 Application

before the address? Is that OK? or is there a better way?
