What forms do I need to send with the I-134? I found out as long as I meet the support guidlines that I don't need to give them my banking information, but do I need to provide my tax documents as well? Also, do I need to have the I-134 notorized? Thanks so much, Danielle

Missing someone gets easier everyday because even though you are one day further from the last time you saw them, you are one day closer to the next time you will.-Natalie

To truly love something, you must first give it a chance to fail. If it survives, it is going to be stronger than ever. Distance is pure proof of this, and forever we will love if we survive.-Matthew

It's all in the GUIDES

yes, you need tax documents. It's either 1 or 3 years depending on the Consulate...check with others who have gone through London. No, you do not need a letter from the bank...assets..etc.. if you meet the 125%. Yes, the I134 must be notorized.

A review of the I-134 form itself indicates what types of evidence is suggested. Also, since this document is reviewed at the consulate, you might want to check the website of your consulate or the P3 packet for there requirements.

Though there is speculation, a review of the I-134 indicates a place for a notarized signature, that fact might be a good clue to your answer...

YMMV
