I can't believe it is time already to file the removal conditions. I was scanning through the list of things required. I hope I have enough stuff. We don't have many pictures together. I have been a little lazy in having pictures taken of us or saving any cards we may have received. I guess I will have to start searching for evidence.

Good luck! Lots of photos aren't necessary, especially as you have the other documentary evidence of sharing your financial, personal and public lives together.

We just started the I-751 ourselves. I didn't think my husband and I would have many photos, we aren't big picture takers. I started asking family to look for photos that included us at family events, and we have found plenty of photos.

I found the lists here on the site helpful for gathering evidence, but also felt a little overwhelmed by people who had 100s of pages! Our packet is pretty much finished and contains:

- Application

- Copy of Green Card

- Copy of my ID’s (passport and DL)

- Joint car insurance (2006-2008)

- Joint Tax forms (2006-2007)

- Bank and other joint money related info between (2006-2008)

- Joint Health insurance and Life insurance forms (2006-2008)

- Last Will and Living Will

- Receipts and evidence of 2 trips together

- Mail that was addressed to both of us

- 3 Sworn Affidavits

- Photos

It is not near even 50 pages, but we think it is pleanty to prove we are a real, live, married couple!

Ours looks like around 30 pages (most in the IRS returns). Getting itchy to file now...just over 9 weeks til the window opens!

Hi Jen,

Don't worry about not having enough/any photos, as those are "optional". Just make sure all your other financial and personal evidence covers the entire span of your marriage and conditional residency, and you should be ok.

Hey Jen! Haven't seen you around in a while. Time flies doesn't it! Hubby and I are still a few months from doing this (Feb '09). Good luck with this step.
