NSC, NOA1 September 26th,03

received NOA1 in mail Oct. 03,03

RFE - received in mail March 29th,04

RFE returned April 17th,04

RFE received April 21,04 at NSC online

NOA2 received April 29th,04 via online

NOA2 received May 03,04 in mail

NVC receives file May 6th,04

NVC sends file to Nigeria May 11th,04

Lagos receives our file, notified thru e-mail May 19th,04

Victor goes and picks up packet #3....May 20th,04

Sent request for earlier interview date via e-mail May 20th,04

May 27th, Lagos won't change date.

August 16th, 2004 fly to Nigeria for Victors interview

August 19th, 2004 Interview date, visa approved.

August 25th, 2004 Victor picks up passport with visa stamp.

August 26th, 2004 fly back to USA

September 18th, 2004 Victor arrives in USA, Lord willing.

October 9th, 2004, we become husband and wife

October 25th, 2004 I learn that I'm pregnant.

Feburary 25th, 2005 AOS Appointment

( went to appt. and requested a reschedule)

June 7th, 05 gave birth to a boy child.

July 5th, 05 Victor packs he suitcase and leaves for good.

July 2005 2nd AOS appointment

( went and requested a reschedule )

August 2005- I file for divorce. and withdraw immigration paperwork.

I've also been a member for a while without posting anything, so it's time to get my feet wet.

Where did you come from? Upstate NY

Where is your SO from? Senegal

How did you meet? At the University in St. Louis, Senegal-- I was studying abroad :)

Where are you in the process? I'm about to graduate from college, so I'm trying to find a job for next year-- then I can go over to see Drame again and hopefully get married this summer!

Why can't we get all the people together in the world that we really like and then just stay together? I guess that wouldn't work. Someone would leave. Someone always leaves. Then we would have to say good-bye. I hate good-byes. I know what I need. I need more hellos. Charles M. Schulz

I just mailed off the I-129F. Haven't even gotten the NOA1 yet.

I love this site so much and I spend so much time just looking through the forums and reading information. I've posted a few times before. And i did introduce myself before, but I felt like doing it again :P

03 31 09: Last day I saw my love

04 03 09: Flight back to America and the end of my Peace Corps service

04 13 09: Mailed off I-129F

04 20 09: Check cleared my account

04 23 09: NOA1

07 14 09: Touch

08 20 09: NOA2

10 06 09: First interview. Missing Document.

10 20 09: Second interview. Submitted missing document.

10 22 09: Visa in hand. Also my birthday.

11 14 09: Entry into the US at IAD (Washington Dulles International)

01 16 10: Wedding Day!

03 06 10: Mailed off AOS papers.

Hello to everyone and thank you for the warm welcome

I go by the name of Fridawsu

I have come from Georgia

my SO is from Ghana

We meet three years ago

We are at the NVC

I want to send in my support packet but I keep second guessing i need more then less

I have been wanting to know do we have to send it like we did the I-130 to USCIS

Waiting to hear from my SO on the DS-230 and everything I need to get and what he needs

to get. Abit confused right now. what else is new?

Next what other forms do I or he need to have for the interview.

This is where we are. lost and very lost

but one day at a time and God on our side and all will be well.
