I sent the I-129f packet last week to Vermont! How would the new law effect us? Luckily, I live directly on the Canadian border and I can see my fiance in 30 minutes but we would like to get married and move to Georgia. I am suppose to move in August for a job and we will be apart until his visa is approved! Please don't tell me that I have to wait one year to get married! What is going on?
