Mrs. Walker, as far as I can remember there are no other Yardies going through K-3 at all. There is a newbie thinking about it.

If you check the Yardie CR1 threads, there are a handful who filed mid to late last year and were just approved recently......now waiting on interviews.

Wait I just realized december was 9 months ago!! I think you were in that same wierd lag that Shrewdgal went thru. VSC stopped processing spousal visas for months and didnt do anything about it til just recently when they moved cases to CSC. Are you at CSC now. Shrewdie filed in Oct and got NOA2 in August. So I am not sure just how fast they are moving those cases. It all doesnt make much sense, cause Meliss filed like 2.5 months ago and already got NOA2.
