Hi all

Can anyone reccommend any international moving companies they have used/are planning to use? Im planning ahead lol

Also does anyone have approx costs? Ive put aside £2,000 for this expense but hoping it won't be that much. Im not taking any furniture or kitchen stuff, but lots of other possessions, 2 wardrobes of clothes/shoes/handbags (yep Im such a girl), 500+ books/CDs/DVDs and other things like art/photos/picture frames etc.

Be grateful for any advice fellow UK people can give.

Cheers!

Lou

Hi Desilu

there are a few shipping threads in here tht should give you some idea of who people have used in the past and what they thought.

Personally after weighing things up over cost of shipping and replacing, most the stuff i decided to replace, and only shipped 4 boxes of personal items.

Good luck, and get lots of quotes to compare against
