Since the first day I landed in London I've always wanted to live there. London is where I landed after my first transatlantic flight. London is amazing and I never really thought about it much before that day. I got off the plane and past baggage claim and stepped outside into this enchanting foggy world of foreign things. When I arrived at the airport it was still the early morning where the street was fairly empty. I went to the other side of the street to wait sitting atop my luggage smoking a cigarette while Richard went to get the car. I looked around. I didn't see any no smoking signs so I guessed it was ok. I don't know why I bought the carton on cigarettes at the duty free shop in airport but I suddenly felt like I needed to smoke after being on an airplane for 18 horus. Maybe it was where my seat were stratigecally placed between two seperate couples with babies and the nerve wracking wailing going in both ear drums for 12 of those 18 hours. I knew I loved London from that moment sitting in the foggy air of this magical morning alone in the heart of a thriving Metropolis.

Since then I've always been trying to get back to London because it is my one secret love. I used to think about going to Paris alot but truely I adore London.

I've looked at graduate schools in London and there is so much risk for me going for a masters degree right now. I'm just not sure what to get my masters in and what I can afford.

Last week they had a study abroad fair at the University and I was thinking about my dream to study abroad again. All my family is coming for my graduation so I can't be like my brother and just run off Scandinavia for my last semester in the University and not have my family at my graduation. Instead he travled the world after that going from country to country though Europe.

I'm thinking instead of a Masters to go for a second bachlors degree and this time in Graphic Design and Art or some small minor like fashion design. I could do a year study abroad in London and my family would already catch the gradution for my first bachlors degree this May. It occurs to me I could postpone graduating by taking up a double major for another year or two all the while being 3 credits away from graduating with my first major? My advisor said I could double major if I wanted and I've always wanted to study abroad in London.

Sweetie - the British Council has one of the best scholarship programs for international students I can remember. You should totally check into that one. I believe they do have an age limit, but can't remember accurately.

GO FOR IT. Grad school is the experience of a lifetime.
