I only sent in, G325's and I-130, and 2 photos. nothing else

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

The unnecessary documents will need to be sent again at the appropriate time. For the rest of the process, you'll be wise to follow the form instructions and guides here. Good luck.

Shpat...let me ask you this ? who told you to send all those unnecessary documents??

1)Always send what is required at appropriate times .

2)Always make copies what goes out of your hands.

my thoughts for you NVC is just follow LOTTO'S GUIDE and ONLINE PAYMENTS ...ETC SAVES LOT OF TIME, so you can be with your wife in 2 months (F)(F):yes: .because SNAIL MAIL from NVC will take years to comple the process :no::P lol

I sent in G325's for each and I-130, and 2 photos of each. And I started to follow James short cuts, then after I did the online payment, but did what I felt was the fastest way, kind of Loto's guide. He was very helpful when he put that guide together. I did end up sending in a Hard copy of the DS-3032 and an email from my hubby. The HARD copy was faster! because it was over nighted and the email took 7 days to be confirmed!.... Just get all your paperwork in order and you should be fine!

Good Luck
