my wife send the I-129f in 10 may and she not get NOA1 yet and she called the usic and they said to her they not get anything and the check not cashed yet so she don't know what she will do?? if she pay other time ?? and G325 IF i will send it other time and all this thing will take long time again so if someone have idea to help us plz

My NOA1 took about 10 days, I've seen other people on here who have waited more than 2 weeks. I know it's frustrating, but your timeline is pretty normal. Hang in there! ;)

If your wife paid by check I would suggest checking with her bank daily to see when it gets cashed. I received my NOA1 within 3-4 days of the check clearing.

they are having issues with reciept issue ..... they are expecting 8-10 weeks of wait ..I called them for my myself...
