Hi Everybody

I filed a K-1 petition in august and I recived the First NOA on August 7, 2008, now i am looking at the processing time and it shows January 02, 2008, so does this mean that they are 7 months behind? what could be the esimated time for the approval notice? please help!! :wacko::wacko:

Have a look at the timelines

Right now they are processing April and May. The uscis website is always going to be further behind.

Not necessarily...it only means that not all Jan 08 petitions have cleared yet. Expect to hear in Nov or Dec
