I say eat what you like.

If you enjoy a shorter lifespan, eat ####### all the time. If you want to live longer, eat healthier. Darwin's way works best in these regards.

question.. now that we're talking about food

i bought a balut egg 1 week ago (don't ask why haha).. i havent cooked it yet,, it's still in the fridge.. is it still good to eat? .. or should i get another one..

^^^^ This is the one thing that stood out in this article for me. IMHO (and please, I am NOT bashing anyone or being judgmental) if God wishes for all His children to eat healthier, thereby helping then reflect those Christian values, then why doesn't He - in His all powerful way - make it cheaper and easier for poor people to afford the very food choices mentioned in this article? Did that make sense?
