HPV virus vaccine????

This is the vaccine that is supose to prevent cervical cancer. Has anyone heard if this is true or not......I called the state dept in washinton and the person i talked to said they did not believe it was necessary......

Please let me know your thoughts on this shot and what you heard of this!!!!!!!

Payment cleared I-864 09/05/2008

Receive I-864 Package :

Return Completed I-864 :

Return Completed DS-3032 : Had wife mail a copy of this to NVC to back up email.....09/05/2008

Wife receives email that DS-3032 was accepted and I am agent and notice I will receive bill 09/10/2008

Look at bill page online and see bill for IV 09/10/2008

yes when i got that shot, that's what the doctor told me to prevent cervical cancer and prevent 3 types of HPV. The shot is required to 24 yrs or older and the shots requires 3 shots within 6 mos. it's also a new required vaccination to apply aos.

K-1 TIMELINE

Feb . 01, 2007- met online

Sept. 12, 2007-first met in person( He came to the PHil for the 1st time, stayed for 2 weeks)

Sept. 20, 2007- "ENGAGEMENT DAY"

Sept. 25,2007- fly back to Georgia, USA

October 17, 2007- Send Papers to USCIS

November 7- USCIS received our papers.

November 14-2007- received the NOA1

Feb. 9, 2008-USCIS aprroved the petition.

Feb. 15, 2008- NOA 2 received and manila case number.

March 28, 2008- MY MEDICAL EXAM( it took 2 days to have your med exam)

April 4, 2008- THE MOMENT DAY- MY INTERVIEW ( mixed emotions i had during this day)

April 14, 2008- still waiting my visa until this time. ( I keep my faith and prayers always to God)

April 29, 2008- My fiancee called the US embassy to follow up my visa, and Lorraine told himvisa is approved!!

April 29, 2008- Delbros texted me that my visa is ready for delivery.

May 2, 2008- visa on hand ( Thanks God)

May 6, 2008- Fly to Manila for my CFO seminar.

May 7, 2008- I arrived in LAX airport & finally met my mahal again after 8 months away from each other.

May 8, 2008- Finally I arrived in Georgia ( my home, my new place, my new life, my new country)

July28, 2008 - MY BIG DAY!!

my wife is 24 and in poland. is she going to need that shot and are we gong to have to wait 6 months for the series to be complete for her to come

i dont want to wait for a stupid shot she doesnt need

How long has that been necessary.........and is it safe.......there is controversy that they are having 11 year olds get that shot

When you go to the health check up they will tell you what shots you need. Then you go get them and go back to the docotr to ensure all shots neccessary were given so it is not an issue at the interview from my understanding.

I married my love on 12/24/07

I filed for the I 130 on 1/23/08

Receipt number recevied 2/13/08

Paperwork sent to Guangzhou on 1/23/09

Interview 5/21/09 PASSED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Visa 5/23/09

POE 6/2/09

Home 6/3/09

FILED I-751

SENT PAPERWORK 3/8/11

NOA-1 3/10/11

BIOMETERICS 4/29/11

It would be good to know what is needed first because that dr is a 3 hour drive from her town in poland.......and if americans think fuel is expensive in the usa.....they havent been to europe :) Just want all the i s dotted and t s crossed so we dont lose another minute apart :)

I have been told that i need to have it. i just need to have the first injection to pass the medical. I cant have it on the NHS ( that is the UK free health service). It is going to cost me 120 pound an injection.

I dont want to have it, but hey, i wanna live with my hubby.

No, you can just get the first one in Poland and then the rest in the US. Anyway, I am positive you have to take it if you are 25 OR YOUNGER, NOT 24 or older.

yea 26 and younger.... I got the same shot too. and I am under 24.

Did you only have to get the first shot in the series or did you have to take the entire 6 month series of shots before you were admitted to the usa?

WHERE DID YOU FIND YOU NEED IT .......IT DOESNT SAY ANYTHING ON THE WARSAW EMBASSY WEBSITE.......I DIDNT KNOW UNTIL I SAW IT ON THE NEWS TODAY AND IT IS VERY CONTROVERSAL BECAUSE THEY ARE MAKING 11 YEAR OLDS GET THIS SHOT......YES IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE.....DID YOU FIND OUT FROM YOUR EMBASSYS?

roca are you k1 or k3/cr1/ir1? would like to know because i'm k1 and would like to know how what you were told relates to me? i was hoping to leave the first vaccine shot till america, before aos, as its a lot cheaper there than uk.
