aaaaaaaaargh! we have an RFE!! i wonder what it is.. we were hoping for approval this week already but when m husby called up NVC last night the AVR said we have an RFE and the letter was sent last Sept. 3... :(

i know it's kinda frustrating thinking that you have an RFE coming and the scheduling for next month's interview will be this week.. :clock:

do you any idea what the RFE is about so that you guys can prepare what needs to be mailed back to NVC? if not, call them ASAP and let your husband talk to someone so he can ask about it. then, when the RFE does arrive you can immediately mail it back the same day through a courier service. that way, maybe you can buy time to be able to get a possible interview this october.

i really wanna tell you not to worry but i can't stop you from feeling that way..i guess worrying is part of the whole immigration process package. :pop:

just hang in there..and keep your faith strong.

Has the I864 been reviwed and accepted by the NVC? If not, this could be the "false" RFE. Have your husband speak with an operator first thing Monday morning, so if required he can send back what they want that day.

06/06/12 - NOA2 stating I-130 approved

06/29/12 - NVC received case

07/09/12 - case entered in the system,assigned MNL # and IIN,email add given

07/12/12 - beneficiary emailed DS-3032, auto response received

07/18/12 - AOS fee bill/paid "IN PROCESS"

07/20/12 - AOS fee bill shows "PAID", mailed AOS package

07/25/12 - received AOS

07/25/12 - IV Fee Bill Invoiced, paid $230.00 "IN PROCESS"

07/26/12 - IV Fee bill shows "PAID"

07/28/12 - mailed IV Package

08/03/12 - received DS 230 packet

08/14/12 - sent RFE

08/16/12 - NVC received RFE

08/21/12 - log in failed

08/22/12 - case complete!

09/26-27/12 - medical at SLMC

10/04/12 - interview

12/01/12 - Left Philippines
