J I really really like the shell mosaic. looks awesome!

Thanks! It took about 5 hours to do around the fireplace. It was pretty quick and easy overall. If we were to sell the house and someone wanted it removed, it's just up with silicone... so one could peel it off if they wanted.

It's my Friday and I get to stay home for 2 days after I get off tonight! How is everyone else's weekend going? I ate my tomato today and it was scrumptious.

i had a thrilling day helping my mom and my aunt clean/organize my grandma's house. we found coupons in one of her dozens of purses for .20 cents off a brand of shampoo i've never heard of, that expired in october of 1980. and that's just the beginning... then when my husband met me there after he got off work, my grandma proceeded to give him a bunch of dorky pictures of me. nice.

ahmed grew a couple of vines of tomatoes this year, and we've been eating them all week. sooo much yummier than the ones we'd been buying. i ate one with mozzarell and basil...delish. enjoy yr days off! :star:

Thanks! I can totally related to that cleaning of a granmother's house... when my mom's mother died, she left a 3-story farmhouse filled to the brim with junk and papers and all kinds of stuff. There were so many cool things, and so many useless things... and so many weird things! A favorite of mine was finding "Gaymode" Panthose... and also an article about how to bypass children as heirs on which she wrote "read and do" LOL... (she wasn't very nice).

This tomato was my first Black Seaman... it is a dark purple-brown and the taste was awesome. I ate it too fast to actually do something better with it... I am thinking to do some tomato-basil things as I have a huge bunch of basil as well!

Not showing :(

Did you stick the entire embedding URL (not the URL in the address part of the page) with its tags into the youtube box when posting?

Hmm. No, I put the Youtube code as the BB Code directed. How should I do it? The 3 videos are hysterical!

Next to the youtube video on youtube is going to be a line you can copy that says embed this video. just copy the whole thing and then come back to VJ and stick that whole code into the youtube box... or post the links to the videos and I'll do it lol.

I always wanted my own island. Doesn't it look like fun? It would be heaven for me. It would really be like hell for Ammar.

I think Dorothy is sleeping off the painting.

Oh yes, a whole Island. You can wear what you want, do what you want and not be bothered. My husband likes the idea when I speak of it, but in real life, I doubt it, lol.

I would be worn out from all that painting too!

He loves to be around people. I wouldn't mind being totally isolated if possible... I once went a month without seeing people and that was spectacular.

She should come back and post more pics.
