First saw him at the university in Turkey we both studied at in September 2007. A couple of weeks later I realized the exact same guy is in one of my classes. We went out together, had fun together, and fell hopelessly in love. First "I love you" was on a trip in Dec last year and in June he asked me to marry him. Which of course I will do! :D

I can't wait and just hope that USCIS works on our petition.

On ICQ in January 2001. He was drunk and I was bored, a winning combination. He told me 'Don't worry about my screen name. I am not really a LatexLord.'. That's really all I remember from that.

After going through a few relationships, I went online, joined a few "match making" sites...

I was rejected from eharmony, match.com was filled with money grubbers, and I was disappointed.

I talked to a friend at work, and he said his niece's husband sister was looking to talk to a english speaking person so she could practice for her job.

So - that is how I met my beautiful Umit. Only 43 years to find her - but well worth the wait.

Now we are waiting for the I-129F to go through...

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
