I am from Germany and I am applying for an adjustment of staus. I currently have the F1 status. I am filling out G325A right now...Do I have to fill it out four times? Does my husband have to fill it out too? It says Applicant Name on the bottom of the page, does that mean I have to put in my name on my husbands biographic information page? Also, my A number...is that the number on my I-20 (below my birthdate)?

Thanks for your help

I-485 is an application by the alien... a g-325 (a 4 part form) is needed only for the alien...

The I-130, a petition by the USC for his alien spouse requires a g-325a from both (I hope your husband is submitting an I-130)

YMMV

if you download the pdf form from USCIS website you need to fill out only first page. The following three are populating all fields themselves. Than you only need to sign and date all four of them. sometimes they make it easy for us ;)

AOS from B-2

08/05/08 I-485 filed

02/03/09 CGC received

12/09/10 I-751 filed

04/07/11 GC received

11/1/11 N-400 filed

02/24/12 USC

In Polish only. Sytuacja polityczna w Polsce:

Yes. We are filing the I-130. We have six documents: I-130, I-485, G-325A, I-131, I-765, and I-864. Is that correct? I also have a question about the time line. My F1 status actually ended on august 31st but I have 60 days to leave the country correct? I hope to send out my documents ba the end of next week. How long does it take for them to send me the varification that they received my documents?

I am very thankful for every answer....so many papers
