AOS Online Feee rejected

HI

I am currently helping my cousin to do her NVC process, and she paid the AOS fee on sept 4, and the AVR message says the AOS fee received on sept 4 and today online it is saying the fee has been rejected and status changed to not paid. I do not understand whats going on with her case and the AVR is still saying AOS fee received on sept 4

please help on what should I do next

Check with the bank if it cleared, maybe it was rejected by the bank.

Try calling the bank to see if the payment has been cleared. Also try calling NVC on Monday to see if the payment went through. Good luck.

I called my cousin and asked her and the payment has been cleared from the bank.

I've heard from other posts that sometimes when you pay on line it will show status of "IN PROCESS" , later show a status of "NOT PAID" and then show it as "PAID"...give it a day or 2.....good luck

I called my cousin and asked her and the payment has been cleared from the bank.

The online status will appear as 'Paid' on Monday. If the payment has cleared the bank then it has been processed at NVC.

Status has now changed to Paid. Looks like there was a computer glitch that was telling not paid.
