I am also part of the train I think this week will be good in terms of approval. If not, week of Sept. 14 is a definite. May the almighty shower his blessings on all of us in this or next week. We have waited long and deserve the best.

You guys are probably gonna hate me by the time we are done here...hate for being 'too' optimistic....but here is to hope.

There was one approval for a K-3 applicant (their I-129F got denied) and one received an RFE. This translates to VSC working...not sure how fast or how many they are doing at a time, but they are surely working and it's not too long before we see action.

Both of these VJ members are around Feb-March time frame in terms of NOA1.

That’s good you are positive, I am also going to be positive when I see some action from VSC, I promise!

I had done some notice, In April when we applied it was 85 days between NOA1 and NOA2, today we have 207 days between them. When we filed in April, I believed I going to be approved in August month and could enter US before end of October month. If this situation now moves on, I shall be glad and happy if I am together with my husband before the summer next year. I really hope I have wrong!
