getting K3 transferred from VSC to CSC

Do you guys think it is at all possible to get our case transferred from VSC to CSC.

There were a few CR1 filers that got transferred last month. Can we ask them ourselves to transfer our cases too? Even if it means giving up on the I129F petition?

Will transferring complicate our case and make the wait longer?

Really tired of waiting and sitting on our hands for VSC to do something

We called yesterday to VSC and talk to an officer. My husband were trying to request transfering of our case to CSC. The officer even talked with supervisor about our request. She was very nice but couldn't help us. They don't transfer K3's to CSC at any reason.

Zidane, Yeah that is true, if your case had been a CR1, the case had already been transferred to CSC and sure approved too. If I know what I know today, I had never marry me in Us and travel home and wait for a approve, I had marry me there and start the process there and had probably already been in work there at this time.... So no point to be legal applicants, after this experience!

I hope we can see some approvals soon, I still wait to see some action because they had hire 1500 extra staff under the beginning of 2008, now we are in September month so I wish they were capable for decisions making

Seems like we're running out of options of what to do next. I'll get my husband to call USCIS too and ask them if we can be considered as CR1 applicants, they can remove the I129F if they want.

Shouldn't K3 be faster?

Hopefully will see some approvals soon for K3s.

Zidane, I see that two K3 applicants had been transferred from VSC to CSC, but they leaved the I129 at VSC, its VJ´s members Mathman and Garu, they had applied both I130 and I129 in January. Let see if more K3 also going to be transferred.

That is correct. I am desperately waiting for approval of anything at this time and will post results. It seems only the 130 petition was transferred because the 129F has not been touched. So my guess is that theoretically, CSC could process the 130 or VSC could process the 129F independently of each other.

Zidane, I was not aware that USCIS would even talk to you about your request to transfer a petition. It seems they transferred older petition but not all of them and even the transferred petitions at CSC do not seem to be worked on in order.

So if you want to call USCIS again and push for a transfer, (your call; I have no idea if it is a good or bad idea), then tell them to transfer your 130 petition and just leave the 129F as is. You don't need to cancel it.

Good luck to you and us all.
