will i get a RFE???

Hi everyone, i finally sent off my I-130 petition today, tripled checked everything, and guess what, i read on one of the threads that someone received an RFE because they wrote in INK on the back of their passport size photo. well guess what i did. I wrote our names in BLACK INK on the back of the photos. i tried using a felt pen but it kept smearing on the photo, pencil was too light. do you think i will get a RFE for this?? i was so happy to mail off my packet today, now im stressing about those little photos. has anyone else written on the back of their photo in BLACK INK? thanks a lot. Probably not unless the one checking your documents is a #######..I wrote in black pental pen like the sharpie pen and havent gotten RFE for it yet... so you should be fine... dont stress on it..

Hello! Try not to stress out or worry about it until you have to. It seems minor, we also wrote on our photo backings in black ink. We are utilizing a lawyer and he never acted like it was a problem so I would assume there is not a problem unless the person reviewing your file is looking for a reason to send you an RFE. So, maybe you will get lucky and nothing will ever come up about it. Try not to get too upset about it until something does actually come up about it. Good luck and if you want to be on our spreadsheet then please inform us.
