Hello fellow VJers.

I am filling I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization) and got 1 question.

So, I am married now after I entered the U.S. with K1 visa.

The form asks my current immigration status.

Is it ok to put K1 Visa Holder (Fiance of U.S. citizen)?

Since I am married, I do not think I am fiance any longer...

Thanks

Nao

I put " K 1 " as the example form here and no problem at all.
