I have not posted on this forum in a long while. Well my baby is here with me now and very happy . We already got married before the 90 day deadline. We have slight problem. My wife is pregnant and for some reason she as to do another medical. We have the vaccination report from St Lukes and for some reason she did not get a Tetanus shot and a Veracilla shot ( I could be wrong on the spelling) Two of the vaccination shot will be harmful for our baby since she is still in her first trimester of pregnancy. I am so worried because our deadline to submit the paperwork to the USCIS is September 12th. I don't know what to do. Will my wife get deported back to her country. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks

HI there congrats on the baby. Try to find a civil surgeon who will understand your wife's case, maybe better if is she had a pregnancy test verified by the CS too and explanation that she cant have the vaccines that will be harmful for the baby. Here is a civil surgeon locator https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=of...office_type=CIV try to talk to one that will not ask alot of money from you and state to him your wife's case. Goo dluck

Relax, you have nothing to worry about. See a doctor and have him confirm that she is pregnant and will have the shots waived for now. USCIS will accept that, go with the process, and she will receive the shots after she has a baby. Enjoy your new life! Congratulations!
