Hi!

I never posted here before, however I've been reading this forum a lot during and before my AOS application process.

My wife and me managed to successfully fill out all the forms and collect all required documentation for my AOS package.

I just wanted to thank you all guys for posting here, because thanks to you all we didn't really need any help from lawyer and/or paralegal.

And also, people at USCIS 1-800 line were never really helpfull.

My EAD/AP just got approved! yesterday so it all worked, now we're just waiting for my I-485 to get approved.

I-751 timeline

2010-09-16 - I-751 sent to CSC

2010-09-23 - NOA received (dated 2010-09-20)

2010-10-22 - Biometrics Appt. Notice (scheduled date: 2010-11-15)

2010-10-29 - Walk-in Biometrics Done

2010-12-03 - New Card production ordered

AOS/EAD/AP timeline

2008-06-10 - I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765 Sent to Chicago

2008-06-18 - I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765 Received

2008-06-23 - I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765 NOAs

2008-06-30 - Biometrics Appt. Notice (scheduled date: 2008-07-17)

2008-07-11 - Walk-in Biometrics Done

2008-07-14 - I-94 expired

2008-07-18 - I-485, I-765 RFEs

2008-08-14 - I-485, I-765 additional evidence sent to MSC

2008-08-19 - I-485, I-765 additional evidence received

2008-09-04 - EAD, AP approved!!!
