Hello

I'm new here, but have been reading for several weeks and have found this an invaluable place for information and advice especially in our situation.

My husband is Dutch, we were married in the US (where I live, I'm the USC) and submitted our I-130 on August 21 and it went to California.

Today, I received an email regarding our case which said:

Application Type: I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: DOCUMENT OTHER THAN CARD OR TRAVEL DOCUMENT MAILED TO APPLICANT

On September 5, 2008, your document I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was processed and mailed to the address on record. If you have not received it within 30 days of September 5, 2008, contact our customer service at 1-800-375-8283. If you move while your case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your address.

Can anyone please tell me what this means? Is it a request for more information? that it's been rejected?

We received the NOA1 on August 25.

I just don't know what to make of it - has anyone else received this?

Thank you in advance for your help.
