I am just a little bit frustrated today, to say the least. Today marks 121 days, I emailed CSC again even though they told me not to for another 60 days, and of course I got the same answer.

"Unfortunately the situation has not changed. The petition is undergoing security checks which is required of all petitions and application. Security checks have no time limit to the processing time. Please inquire again in 60 days if you do not receive a request for additional evidence or a approval notice."

I am still waiting on a response from my Congresswoman too, she is supposed to be checking into it for me as well, although they will probably just tell her the same thing. Just feeling a little low today :(

I miss my sweetheart so much and wish he was here with me right now, but I know it will all be worth it in the long run....thank you all for listening :luv:

Hi Stacy!

I am very sorry to hear about your case being delay. I hope everything will be resolved soon. Maybe tomorrow CSC will be done with security check. Or even finish by the day is over. Good luck to you.

I am in the same boat (only the one which has sunk a little bit more). I am on day 139 today with no real hope. I emailed them last month and they told me that I am in security BLAH BLAH BLAH.....!

So, I am just patiently waiting. I emailed them again today but haven't got any replies yet.

I really feel for you since I am going through the exact same thing. Please don't let it get to you. I have ruined countless nights and days just thinking about this ####### and at the end of the day, I am the one who is miserable.....not these morons at USCIS.

All I can say is .....hang in there. You are not alone. Here is a rose to offer you strength and give you support. Be brave and don't let any of these idiots pull you down.
