I´m just wondering how this works, can you go anyday?,

08/09/2008---Sent I-130 and AOS to Chicago Lockbox

08/12/2008----Delivered by ups

08/19/2008----NOA EAD AP and AOS

09/06/2008--- Got RFE NEED I-693

09/07/2008--- Biometrics App.

11/01/2008--- Sent I-693 RFE And crossing my fingers.

11/26/2008--- EAD - Card production ordered.

11/26/2008--- AP Approval notice sent and got AP (WITH A TYPO!!!).

12/01/2008--- Got EAD and applied for SSN.

12/03/2008--- Waiting for the eternal SSN.

12/05/2008---Interview letter arrived.

12/20/2008---SSN Arrived

16/01/2009---Got a Job as a civilian in Fort Riley KS.

26/01/2009---Interview Appointment.

26/01/2009- Green Card Approved

Estimated completition time: 12 months

12/02/2019- Filed Online

07/03/2019 - Biometrics done 

12/03/2019 - Got Interview date

15/04/2019 - Interview

If you have your appointment letter, often times you can 'walk in.' Some offices vary on this though. :thumbs:

I did. You need to be nice and polite and give them a good reason for your request. Most likely they will do it.

Will that speed up the process? I have doubts.

My 765 on-line hasn't changed after initial receipt..

My 485 never showed on-line..

Just simple waiting game :(

You'll get the appointment letter within 2-3 weeks. Given your location, so near Mexico, it might be best to wait until you have that in hand...and then maybe walk-in.

Just curious .. did they send you your EAD card yet?

08/12/08 - Mailed application to CSC (I-485/I-765/I-130)

08/14/08 - CSC received application (confirmed via online signature)

08/21/08 - Notice date by USCIS

08/25/08 - Received NOA1

08/29/08 - Notice of Rejection of 797C Fee (Sent in extra money - money order mailed back.)

Fee waived for I-765 application when filed concurrently with I-130 and I-485.

08/30/08 - Biometrics Apt Notice received

09/13/08 - Biometrics completed and picture taken

11/05/08 - EAD card production ordered

11/07/08 - Received I-485 Interview letter

11/10/08 - EAD card production ordered (again)

11/13/08 - EAD approval notice sent

11/14/08 - EAD arrived in the mail

11/21/08 - I-130 touched and I-485 finally shows up online

12/08/08 - Interview for GC - RFE requested :-(

01/02/09 - Response from RFE received (Form G-56/Call-in Notice Appointment)

01/16/09 - Second Appointment to review application -- APPROVED! :-))) YAY!!!

01/16/09 - AOS card production ordered - E-mail from CRIS

01/22/09 - AOS card production ordered (again) - E-mail from CRIS

01/23/09 - AOS touched

01/24/09 - Received Welcome to the United States letter and approval notice for I-130

01/28/09 - AOS Approval Notice sent - E-mail from CRIS

01/29/09 - AOS touched

01/30/09 - GC arrived in the mail

11/16/10 - Form I-751 filed (Petition for Removal of conditions)

11/19/10 - Application received at VSC

Of course NOT. That would be way too fast for certain gov. agency ;)

I will be updating my timeline as soon as something new shows on the horizon.
