What's needed in the employment letter when sending to NVC?

I just want to know what's needed to include in the employment letter when sending to NVC.

Hopefully i'll get an approval next week the way CSC is giving out approval.

Case tranferred to CSC: Aug 25.

Case Received: Sep 4

Received at VSC: Jan 2,08

NOA1: Feb6, 08

9/23/08: Approved

9/30/08: Case # received

10/06/08: E-mailed ds3032

10/08/08: Mailed ds3032

10/09/08: Signed by R.Austin

10/08/08: Paid AOS/IV bill online

10/09/08: Status shows paid online

10/09/08: Accepted ds3032

10/10/08: Express mailed AOS/IV package

10/14/08: NVC received AOS and IV Package

10/21/08: Case Complete (22Days, no RFEs)

12/02/08: Medical....Passed....

12/11/08: Interview passed, received VISA.....YAhhhhhhhhhh

Timeline

I have used the following format:

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is to confirm that XXXXX is currently employed with <Company> in <City>, <State> as a <Position>. <Company> is a <company's description>.

XXXXX has a current permanent position of full time and earns an annual salary of $$$$. XXXX has been employed with the firm since <MM/DD/YYYY>.

Should you have any questions or if further documentation is required to verify the employment of XXXXX, please do not hesitate to contact <HR Contact Person> at <HR Phone #>.

Overview

You need to send a proof of Current Employment or Self Employment for affidavits of support form I-864 or I-134. An employment letter is an official verification of employment given by your employer on the company letter head signed by HR or other corporate person in your company

You may use below template to instruct your employer to generate letter on company letterhead.

Letter should be typed on company letterhead.

Letter must be dated.

Letter must be signed and that person's title must be listed.

Letter must include the dates employed.

Letter must have wage/hour translated in salary/year.

Timeline

My employer does not want to give me any letter of employment. they told me to use some internet site (verify fast.com) to get an employment verification letter but it will not be in the format required (company letterhead etc..)

 

Has anyone else been able to use these sites to create the letter of employment?
