i just want to share what i feel this past few days. i arrived here in the US last monday and until now i feel dizzy feels like i am floating and i used to woke up around 2:30 am till then i can't go back to sleep. any advice what to do? thank you

You are jet-lagged. Your body clock is still in Philippine time. Try not to sleep during the day even if you feel sleepy to help your body adjust to the new time zone. Go to bed at 8pm (or 7pm if you're really sleepy). Make your room darker by closing the blinds/curtain. It usually takes 1-2 weeks for the body to adjust.

i was told simular to above when trying to cure jet lag. don't sleep on the plane (too late i know) and dont take naps during the first day back, by the time its bed time you should be so tierd you have to sleep. i tried that calms stuff, i felt nothing but tummy ache. if i were you, and you really need to go down the pills route got to the doctor and get something that works. i really wasted my money on those herbal over the counter things.

you're not used to the timezone here in the US yet..maybe the jetlag is still in your system..if it's 2:30am here, it's late afternoon in PI. but in a few weeks, you'll be ok then. welcome to the US of A!

Don't worry it happens to everybody. I experienced it the first week when I arrived here but overcame the time difference. I am sure you will be fine in a week or two.
