can tourist visa get a greencard?

hello everyone,im just confused about this and im always thinking about tourist visa.i met a friend here in the US.she got a tourist and now shes here. we always talk online and never ask about how she gets here,cause i dont want her to think that im getting in her private life.the thing that made me confussed are,

first she told me she didnt get a medical the time shes still in philippines so she got her vaccination here in the US? is this possible that you cna live the philippines wihtout taking medical exam?

,second is she already taken her biometrics and told me that shes still waiting on her interview for greencard?when getting a greencard the fiancee visa and tourist are in different category?

third is she got married her in the US and planning to return to the philippines for a vacation next year by june?

fourth was her passport will expire this coming january 2009 can she renewed it?

please reply and send your comments so that i can stop thinking about i need your answer

Yes, if she came here w/o the intent to immigrate and met and married a US citizen while being in the US, there is the possibility to adjust status w/o the need to go back and enter w/a fiances visa. Overstay and even working illegaly is pardoned by marrying a citizen.

hi!

If you leave the country (Phils) with a tourist visa they DO NOT require you to have a medical exam. YES she can have here vaccinations in the US and very possible to leave the country without it!
