Median Price: $1.031 million

Annual Asking Price Change: -0.4%

Annual DOM Change: 46.6%

Sunnyvale, an affluent community in Silicon Valley, is home to well-known high-tech companies including Yahoo! Home prices have remained relatively steady in San Francisco Bay area, largely because of the strong technology job center.
