While some of the claims are sensationalist - I wonder how many people cared overmuch when claims were being made about Obama's religion and patriotism, or where Hillary Clinton was labelled a communist for a couple of out of context quotes.

Either this stuff is always juvenile or reprehensible, or it isn't. If you want to demonise the opposition - feel free, but don't be suprised when its turned back on you.

Nah, I just have this weird belief that the OP is somehow responsible for his or her own posts.

Some posts are works of art and others are turds that are easily pushed out, attract lots of flies that enjoy the stench and no one will claim credit for producing it. Your post meets and exceeds all the characteristics of the "#######" variety post. Be sure and wipe up after yourself because, as you know, conservatives don't help out those truly in need of medical attention.
