I lied.

* I was for the "Bridge to Nowhere" before I was against it.

* I hired a lobbiest to increase the pork and ear marks for Wasilla. (Alaska as the highest pork/earmark spending per capita in the US.)

* I led a 527 support group for Sen. Ted "Indicted Pork Barrel King" Stevens

* I tried my damnest to get my ex brother-in-law fired, and when I couldn't, I fired the head of the State Police.

* I publicly supported an "Alaska First", sessionist group. My husband Todd was a member for years.

* I had the state's attorneys sue the Federal Govt because they wanted to put polar bears on the endangered species list. If they do this, we can't drill for more oil. ( But I wear a cute Polar Bear pin sometimes. I LOVE polat bears. They taste great with moos burgers.)

* I told a group that God ordained the war in Iraq, and asked my church to pray for a natural gas pipeline. (Remember, "Alaska First": what's good for Big Oil is good for Alaska.)

* I'm not a fiscal conservative. I left little Wasilla $20 million in debt for a new hockey arena (Go, Hockey Moms).

* Even though Russia and Canada are next door to Alaska, I don't know squat about foreign affairs.

* I believe in abstinence only sex education; it sure worked great for my daughter Bristol!

* You can't say anything about my kids, but I can trot them out on stage whenever I care to. If a Hockey Mom can't exploit her own kids, who can?

* Wasilla had to hire a city administrator for the booming metropolis of 5000, for the first year after I was elected, because all of the PTA and Hockey Mom experience didn't help a bit in figuring out how to run a village. (It takes a village to raise a child. It takes an experienced administrator to teach a Hockey Mom to run a village and leave it $20 milion in debt.)

If anybody repeats any of this, they are SEXIST!

What bothered me more than anything was not the stuff about her personal life (that is and should be private) but that she seemed to suggest that her record wasn't up for debate or analyis.
