I'm at work. Sigh.

I want to go on a vacation. I want to see things like Yellowstone, the Rockies, Crater Lake, Banff, Yosemite, and the channel islands. Know anyone who would foot the bill for me? :)

None of my posts have ever been helpful. Be forewarned.

Oh, I didn't know you had been away from home for so long! Do you have to travel a lot? 3 weeks is a long time.

I have plenty experience as an assistant - so I wish to join Julianna as well - we'll take care of your luggage and logistics so you have no worries whatsoever - Korea - sounds perfect, far enough for me...

I know that traveling for work may sound glamorous and fun but from what I hear from my colleagues at work it's rather a grueling experience - nonetheless I would love to try it any time

i don't think you'd like the assistant job - we travel here and there, since i started this job in 03, we started travelling in 05. been out here about 10 times, to germany once, now off to korea. if we didn't have such a busy schedule i'd probably fit in north carolina next month, but that's not gonna happen.

but the pay is good. when on this sort of schedule we rack up overtime to the tune of usually 51 hours a week, plus we get $44 a day for food being out here.

Edited by charles!

I think we should request shiny laminated badges. We could totally be great assistants. And also, remembering our birthdays would be easy :)

Nope, sounds fine. You maybe forget my area of training is mostly field-work for long periods of time... including months in tents. I'm cool with the whole travel thing.
