it has almost been more than a week now since our visa interview and we still did not get our visa delivered by delbros. we tried tracking our waybill and still SHIPMENT IN PROCESS AT THE EMBASSY. I feel so frustrated now sine other people who had the same interview date as we did or after us already received their visa but not us. We tried calling the embassy and they say to follow up. How long do we have to wait until we follow up again? Who do we need to talk to get an update on our visa? I just feel so down right now... any reply is much appreciated. :help:

first things first,when did u pay your documents verification?if u just paid right after your interview,it may take long because some docs will have to be verified at the NSO,second what slip did u got right after your interview?

October 24, 2007 - we met online ( Cherry Blossoms)

February 24, 2008 - He came to the Philippines to finally meet me!

February 26, 2008 - He proposed to me and I said YES!

March 4, 2008 - Flew back home ( US )- sad

K1 timeline:

April 7, 2008 - sent I-129f to VSC

April 10, 2008 - VSC received petition

April 18, 2008 - NOA1 hard copy received

May 9, 2008 - touched

July 14, 2008 - touched

July 15, 2008 - NOA2 (99days)

Aug.14-15,2008-Medical PASSED

Aug.22,2008- Interview PASSED (Pink Slip Only)

Aug.29,2008- VISA ON HAND

Sept.3,2008- POE Houston TX

October 25, 2008 - Officially Mrs. Eaton

AOS Timeline:

March 10, 2009 - AOS package sent to USCIS via FedEx

March 12, 2009 12:21pm - AOS package delivered to USCIS

March 20, 2009 - Check cashed

March 21, 2009 - NOA1 for I-485, I-131 and I-765

March 24, 2009 - Received Biometrics Appointment

April 4, 2009 - Case transferred to CSC

April 7, 2009 - Biometrics appointment is done

May 4, 2009 - AP approval notice received

May 8,2008 - EAD received

June 3, 2009 - Welcome notice from CRIS via email

June 8, 2009 - Receive hard copy of welcome notice on the mail

June 15, 2009 - Card production ordered

June 27, 2009 - Green Card on hand ( 2 years )

Just want you to know that you are not alone! I am still waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting......my fiance and i are sooo down and so desperate to know the real status of my visa.

I hope that we could have our visa soon!

04/20/2009 GREEN CARD RCVD!!! No interview at all!

04/21/2009 Got Driver Learners Permit

Thanks for the reply.

I paid the docs verification fee last Aug 5.

My interview date: AUgust 27, got pink slip. I live in Negros Island in the Visayas but I had my visa delivered to a friend's address in Sampaloc, Manila.

we have the same predicament! i was interviewed last aug 29, and i am still waiting for my visa. last sept 4 delbros texted me that in 2-3 days my visa will arrive but it still hasnt arrived yet!

this is the info i got from their website:

2008-09-05 00:32:36 SHIPMENT OUT FOR DELIVERY

2008-09-03 17:22:51 SHIPMENT RECEIVED AT DISTRIBUTION CENTER

2008-09-03 09:27:28 SHIPMENT RELEASED BY THE EMBASSY

2008-08-29 14:03:30 SHIPMENT IN PROCESS AT THE EMBASSY

i hope we get the visas sooon! daammmit.

K1 TIMELINE

04.08.08 - i-129f sent to vermont

04.10.08 - i-129f NOA 1

05.15.08 - i-129f NOA 2

05.20.08 - NVC received

06.10.08 - medical exam, paid for document verification

06.17-19.08 - needed to go back for sputum exam

06.19.08 - scheduled interview (POSTPONED due to sputum exam)

07.08 - my fiance's deployed to russia

08.26.08 - 2nd medical exam completed at st. lukes, NEGATIVE SPUTUM EXAM

08.29.08 - interview at USEM (with PINK SLIP!)

09.03.08 - at 3pm, USEM released passport for delivery - accdg to Delbros' website

09.06.08 - US visa in my hands (with 11.15.08 as expiration date)

AOS TIMELINE

01.30.09 - date of marriage

02.04.09 - sent requirements for AOS

02.06.09 - requirements received by USCIS

02.10.09 - notice date for biometrics

02.24.09 - BIOMETRICS SCHEDULE

04.13.09 - EAD AT HAND

07.08.09 - INTERVIEW @ MT. LAUREL, NJ

at least sa 'yo the visa is out for distribution na..sa akin SHIPMENT STILL IN PROCESS AT THE EMBASSY... haay...am just frustrated. don't know who to talk to this time except people here in VJ...
