Hi, my fiances mother has kindly said she would sponser me. I have all the correct paperwork- w2s, letter from bank to say when she opened with them and how much saving she has, letter from employer and paperwork showing life insurance/bonds ect

She has 4 'children' (all grown up) Andrew my fiance is the only one that is still semi dependent as hes still in university but graduates this dec! She makes roughly $45,000- $50,000. This does meet the poverty requirements right?

thanks in advance

Yes, it does but you'll still need an I-134 and supporting documentation from Andrew.
