BAD SITUATION ''AOS''

Hi I HAVE A BIG PROBLEM I MISSED MY BIOMETRICS APOINTMENT BECAUSE MY MAIL WASNT DELIEVERED TO MY ADRESS..THE RESENT THE MAIL TO ME. AND THERE IT WAS ANOTHER NOTICE SAYING I HAD TO SEND MORE EVIDENCE . WE RECIEVED THAT MAIL 2 MONTHS LATER..NOW WE ARE SHORT OF TIME TO GET THOSE DOCUMENTS AND SEND HTME AGAIN, ARE THEY GOING TO DENY MY APLICATION AFTER I SEND THE DOCUMENTS, WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT THIS. I REALLY NEED ADVICE.

I had the same problem with my mail during AOS. You can request another biometrics appt. There should be instructions on the appointment letter on how to request a new one. Also, I believe you have 87 days to submit requested documentation, so you are not in jeopardy of denial as of yet if you can hurry up and get them the evidence they need.

An infopass appt certainly wouldn't hurt either...you need to figure out why your stuff is getting lost in the mail. Are they printing your address correctly on the envelope?
