well u called USCIS today coz today is my 60th day since i got my NOA and the girl said if i dont receive any next week i should call back again..

Dear Lord, where is my good news? pls. send in my biometrics.. amen :innocent:

I Have good news too, just checked my mail and saw one from CRIS. Wow have my EAD ordered already. Then check uscis site and i have this one...Thank you so much VJs for being with me on this journey....

Thanks for all your support everyone, it's so good to be able to talk about this with people who understand!

Well I managed to stop crying long enough to call back to see if someone would tell me something different, but no luck I'm afraid. The guy said that the 90 days is only a guide and that even though the website and my receipt notices say 90 days, the time frame now is between 3-6 months and that I'm still inside 6 months.

I just don't understand how they can give you a time frame and then just decide one day to change it. How can they possibly only be up to July 2 when there are about 6 of you from MSC who have had theirs approved??? I think it's absolutely true that it's just luck of the draw as to who's going to help you and who's going to be :devil: .

Anyway, I won't give up without a fight, I'll call back again next week once the 90 days are up, and just keep calling until I get someone who will help me. After all I have nothing but time on my hands!!!

Congratulations to all you lucky people out there, and here's hoping the MSC gets there act together soon ~Gambate!

It is really a matter of luck. The lady I talked to said the wait is three months, so there are people who know what we are talking about. (It might be just me, but I tend to have a better luck with female officer. All male officers I talked to were not helpful at all. )If nobody helps you over the phone, try infopass. Try everything you can before giving it up. :star:

Yes you are right mamada...im so excited to share the good news that i didnt notice that for one night i didnt look at our site, so many things happened, including my case...Wow congrats to us all and envy_me CONGRATULATIONS YOU REALLY DESERVE IT...we have the same approval date...
