Yes, the EAD and AP are approved. I just checked our case status online and there it was.

The date said December 4th, which is strange because I woke up yesterday at 4 :44 am. Add that up and you get 12. This is the 12th month, and it was the 4th day, so I knew something was gonna happen big.

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!

And we were just writing about this yesterday! Congratulations!! That is such great news.

And congrats to all the recent approvals! USCIS is cookin!

09-19-2008 - Checks finally posted - goodbye money!

09-25-2008 - Biometrics appointment notice sent

09-30-2008 - Biometrics walk-in -- in and out in 20 minutes!!!

10-09-2008 - Biometrics appointment 12pm at Norfolk, VA office (for reference only)

12-01-2008 - Advance Parole notice sent

12-12-2008 - NOA for interview

12-31-2008 - Touch

02-17-2009 - Interview - Green Card approved!

03.24.09 I-485 Interview. APPROVED :)

04.02.09 Received Green Card.

Well I have to say that I have just officially given up hope. I just called up again to see if anything more had happened with my application and the woman said that they're only up to July 2 2008 and because they received mine on Sep 7, I should expect to wait up to another 67 days. So now at day 86 I'm told I could be waiting for anther 2 months. I'm so upset, we've booked tickets to go home in Jan and now it seems like there's a very good chance that that's not going to happen.

kiwibecka, call USCIS lames again and ask them to put in an ' approaching regulatory time frame ' inquiry.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Got my 4th CRIS email today on Approval of EAD. So this clarifies my question that they do have a notification of EAD approval status, after "Card Production Ordered" status. Anyways, I'm happy yeah!!!!!! :dance::dance::dance::dance:

12/2/08 – CRIS TOUCH – Again “Card Production for EAD” through email

12/5/08 – CRIS TOUCH – “EAD Approval Notice Sent” through mail

12/5/08 - Got AP document today in USPS mail...Now I can go back to India to see my parents for Christmas!!!!

12/6/08 - Got EAD Card in the mail!!!!!!!!!!!

1/3/09 - Interview letter received in mail. Interview on February 10th 2009

2/2/09 - Found a Job!!!!

2/10/09 - Had interview and they took my EAD card and AP. I'm approved....!!!!

2/11/09 - Got Green Card in mail.

No touch on I-130 since 10/08/2008

NO touch on AOS since 10/16/2008

Green Card expiry for 2/12/11

11/1/10 - Filed AR-11 online and I-865

11/19/10 - Filed I-751 to California center with 545 check$

11/24/10 - Cheque has been cashed

11/29/10 - Got NOA FOR I-751

02/16/11 - Green card Approved though mail

03/02/11 - Green Card received in mail

cos it is frustrating when u dnt see any touch with your case.. meye.gif

it just lessens my hopes sometimes..

so i divert myself to other things like "VJing".. :lol:

and it is weird cos last night before i slept, i felt weird like my hands were itchy.. rubhands.gif

made me check uscis website and it was around 1:27am..

and funny cos when i saw the date "12/04/2008", my heart stopped for a few seconds..

i dint click it right away.. instead, i said in my mind "dear god, good news pls" :blush:

after 3 seconds, i clicked it and i screamed.. waaaaaaaaaa!!!!! :lol:

my hubby said.."baby!!!!!!!!! what's wrong?"

i said nothing's wrong then i showed him the email.. :blush:

we were so happy and excited..

so NEVER GIVE UP!!!! nono.gif

god is so good, good news will come in god's perfect time.. ;)
