:crying: :crying: no touched today. As what you guys are doing..checking several times a day! Same here... I am dying to get my EAD coz I have a job offer and salary is not bad. Please some more good news to come to us...

I hear ya on checking too many times a day...its very disheartening when you look and its just the same...case recieved and pending......COME ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :angry:

But do you remember that feeling when the noa2 came? The day that status line changed?

Damn that was a great feeling, the assumption that it would be the same again and then seeing a different date.

That's what I'm waiting for!

Although a small part of me gets that excited when checking the mail, just in case they didn't update online!

count me in :clock: and until no no biometrics letter yet.. been 15 days since my case was transferred to CSC :unsure:

09/30/08 - mailed AOS, AP and EAD thru USPS

10/02/08 - received and signed by V. Bustamante

10/06/08 - check cashed out

10/07/08 - date of NOA

10/08/08 - last touch for AP and EAD

10/28/08 - AOS transferred to CSC

11/04/08 - touched on AOS

11/05/08 - touched again on AOS

11/06/08 - touched again on AOS ( no touch on AP and EAD)

12/08/08 - EAD approved according to USCIS officer (from infopass)

12/09/08 - touched on AP and EAD

12/10/08 - AP approved dated 12/09

12/15/08 - AP on mail

01/12/09 - went to infopass - found out my EAD has been approved since DEC 8,2008

01/21/09 - biometrics appoinment

01/21/09- Card production ordered for I-765 and a touched for I-485

01/22/09 - touched on I-485

01/23/09 - touched again on i-485

01/26/09- touched again on I-485 and i-765! WOW!

01/29/09 - i-765 approval notice sent.. and EAD card received in mail

02/24/09 - AOS APPROVED!! thanks God!

02/25/09 - AOS touched again

02/27/09 - GC and welcome letter received in the mail

I went to the InfoPass on Monday 11/10/08 regarding my AP, and today 11/12/08, my AP has been approved, and the website said "approve notice sent". Plus, my EAD card production ordered today also!!! So happy~~ :dance:

Does anyone know how long it takes for the AP to arrive? Is "approve notice" the actual AP documents?

For reference, I went to the InfoPass, telling them my departure day for my brother's wedding is next Wed 11/19.....and they make a copy of my NOA, flight itinerary and my brother's wedding invitation. The lady at the counter said she will email my information to the MSC office, see if they will process for me.

08/2002 Arrived US with F-1 Student Visa

01/01/08 EAD received (Student OPT)

08/01/08 Got married

AOS

08/31/08 USPS Express Delivery I-485, I-130, I-131, I-765 to Chicago Office

09/02/08 USCIS received the package

09/04/08 USCIS sent NOA1 by mail

09/08/08 Received all (4) NOA1 for I-130, I-131, I-485 & I-765

09/12/08 Received Biometrics appointment letter

10/03/08 Appointment for Biometrics

11/04/08 Received Interview NOA by mail

11/10/08 InfoPass for AP

11/12/08 AP Approve Notice Sent , EAD Card Production Ordered

11/17/08 AP received

11/25/08 EAD received

12/11/08 Appointment for Interview - APPROVED

12/27/08 GREEN CARD received

Hey everyone, last week our case was transferred to CSC, I found out via the website, It was transferred November 6th ;)

Sorry I didn't update sooner, it's been a busy 2 weeks in school :bonk:

AOS:

August 8, 2008: We're married!! (both the ceremony and legal wedding)

September 11, 2008: Got the marriage certificate in the mail!! 

September 20, 2008: Sent AOS packet (I-485, EAD, AP)

September 22, 2008: USPS confirmed delivery at LockBox

September 26, 2008: Check Cashed!! :)

September 25, 2008: Recv'd date on all NOA's 

September 30, 2008: Received all 3 NOA's: I-485, EAD, AP

Ocotber 10, 2008: RFE for I-485 (needed proof of citizenship for sponsor) :S

October 21, 2008: Biometrics @12 pm in Ft. Lauderdale~over and done with in 5min!!~

October 22, 2008: documents for RFE sent via Priority Mail

October 24, 2008: documents received at MO

November 6, 2008: Case transferred to CSC :D

December 10, 2008: EAD approved!! Card production ordered!

Dec. 15, 2008: Rec'd EAD and AP via mail.

March 2, 2009: AOS Approved

March 9, 2009: Green Card Received!!!

March 24, 2020: N400 submitted (online)

January 2021: notice stating no new Biometrics needed

April 15, 2022: Notice to Appear for interview and exam

June 4, 2022: Interview/Exam Day! 🥳

I129F received by CSV: 10/19/07

NOA1 received early March and NOA2 received on March 19th!! We got APPROVED!!

File received by NVC and sent to US Embassy in Paris: 03/10/2008

05/06/2008: I sent the packet 3 to the embassy.

05/22/2008: Packet 4 received!

06/10/2008: Medical examination in Paris.

06/17/2008: INTERVIEW: Visa approved!!

08/31/2008: WEDDING

AOS journey:

09/05/2008: AOS/EAD/AP sent to Chicago

09/11/2008: Notice date for I-485, I-131 and I-765

10/16/2008: SSA finally gave me a SSN!!

11/17/2008: AP received and EAD approved!

11/20/2008: Biometrics appointment AND Green card interview in Fairbanks.

12/29/2008: I went to my local office to regive my biometrics. And my EAD card has finally been issued!!

01/12/2009: EAD received!! Finally

02/09/2009: GC received in the mail :) Anniversary is 01/29/11

Removal of conditions:

11/09/10: Divorced

11/18/10: Sent I-751 to CSV

11/30/10: Receipt notice received in the mail

12/30/10: Called USCIS as no news for 1 month after NOA1

1/10/11: Emailed from USCIS about my call: "The process for fingerprint appointment scheduling has been requested."

1/13/11: NOA2 ASC appointment notice

2/3/11: Biometrics at local office (NOA2 recieved on 2/2/11!!!)

2/16/11: Date of decision: APPROVED

2/24/11: Card in hand

No update here as well guys. mine still says the same thing as when I got my NOAs, So frustrating, and the most frustrating thing about it, is that you can't do anything but just wait and count the hours each day. Everyday is so boring when you can't work or travel. I hope we can slowly see more EADs appearing.

I dont know where to start my complaints from as i am almost getting frustrated, i have not even had a touch since the day after biometrics,almost a month now, its like someone accepted the file and kept it in a closet.

No info, no notice, nothing, i cant tell if they have even looked at it...

i'm slowly loosing it and right now i honestly wish i was back home, i feel like going back home! :crying:

It's just sad that they would keep us this way....

After all the stress and hurry to file....

I'm really tired of waiting now... checking uscis over a million times daily with silent prayers that i see a difference and still its sad, words can't express how sad i feel this morning. :crying:

hey, just wanted to pass on some optimism as the weekend approaches...

i stealthily snuck into the August Filers topic, and it seems like a lot of them have been approved and they are receiving good news every day... so with any luck, those adjuncators will be movin' on to our applications ASAP! :innocent:

Finally - my AP got touched online today. First time anything has been touched since 09/25.

I'm so excited!

:) :) :)

I hope to get my AP so that I can go home for Christmas.

I also have to go for a doctor's check up, so I really hope it comes through for me - otherwise I'll have to try to expedite it.

i-485 is still showing a validation error online.

AOS timeline

07/17/2008 - POE Washington D.C. as an F1 visa student (had an F1 since 2006)

08/22/2008 - married a very charming and gorgeous USC

09/02/2008 - mailed my AOS submission with EAD and AP (i-130, i-485, i-131, i-765 together to Chicago Lockbox)

09/04/2008 - AOS submission received and signed for by V. Bustamante

09/09/2008 - checks with fees for i-130 and i-485 cashed

09/12/2008 - NOA1 arrives in the mail (i-130, i-485, i-131, i-765 one each), notice dates 09/09/2008

09/13/2008 - Biometrics appointment letter arrives in the mail. Appointment scheduled for 10/01/2008

09/15/2008 - Walk in biometrics successful! Biometrics done.

09/25/2008 - i-130, i-131 and i-765 viewable online! i-485 not viewable - showing a Validation Error.

11/13/2008 - i-131 (the AP) touched online! i-485 still not viewable

11/13/2008 - i-765 EAD card production ordered - online notification! Yay!

11/15/2008 - i-131 AP comes in the mail! It was approved on 11/12, not updated online yet.

11/21/2008 - received an e-mail from CRIS that my EAD has been mailed.

11/22/2008 - receive EAD in the mail

12/12/2008 - received the letter scheduling the interview with USCIS

02/05/2009 - date of the interview, green card approved!!!
