I was starting to worry 'cause there hasn't been any touches since biometrics.... :unsure: ...but i got the good news today!!

Yes...today... :blink: ...on Veteran's Day...they must be working really hard... :wow::lol:

That's great news, Snakenskull! Our "day 64" is two weeks from today, so maybe we can expect to get the EAD card production ordered around then? Although, we had our biometrics on day 26, whereas you had them on day 18, so that might put us another week behind you....I guess we'll see! It's good to know that there is some movement going on! Hopefully many more from our September group will have their EAD cards ordered by the end of this week.

12/08/2008 - EAD Case Status touch, CRIS e-mail: "Card Production Ordered on December 5"

12/09/2008 - EAD Case Status touch, CRIS e-mail: "Approval Notice Sent: On December 9th, we mailed you a notice that we have approved I-765"

12/10/2008 - EAD Case Status touch

12/11/2008 - Receive EAD in the mail. The EAD is dated 12/02/2008, and the letter's postmark is dated 12/08/2008

01/09/2009 - Receive Interview Appointment Notice in the mail. Notice date is 1-2-09, and interview is scheduled for 2-26-09

02/26/2009 - AOS Interview. We are approved!!!! Eric gets stamp in his passport that will serve as conditional LPR status until card comes in mail

03/03/2009 - Receive 2 NOAs dated 2/26/09. (The I-130 approval and the I-485 "Welcome to the United States, Your PR Card will come in 3 weeks" approval)

03/10/2009 - Receive LPR card in the mail

11/29/2010 - File Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence (this is a Monday, 89 days before 2 years are up)

Ok, I'm getting really antsy about not getting an update... I'm really wishing for an interview date before Christmas... Anybody knows if it takes longer when adjusting from anything other than a K visa?

I've been checking the USCIS website way too many times every day... :ph34r:

09-10-2008 - Package sent to Chicago lockbox via USPS Certified Mail

09-12-2008 - Package received at Chicago lockbox

09-16-2008 - NOA for I-130, I-485 and I-131

09-19-2008 - Checks finally posted - goodbye money!

09-25-2008 - Biometrics appointment notice sent

09-30-2008 - Biometrics walk-in -- in and out in 20 minutes!!!

10-09-2008 - Biometrics appointment 12pm at Norfolk, VA office (for reference only)

12-01-2008 - Advance Parole notice sent

12-12-2008 - NOA for interview

12-31-2008 - Touch

02-17-2009 - Interview - Green Card approved!

But do you remember that feeling when the noa2 came? The day that status line changed?

Damn that was a great feeling, the assumption that it would be the same again and then seeing a different date.

That's what I'm waiting for!

Although a small part of me gets that excited when checking the mail, just in case they didn't update online!
