Just got a letter yesterday on the mail confirming that the case was transferred to the CSC.

I got a touch today:

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

Nothing on the EAD, though...

But I have the feeling that things are moving for all of us. ;)

Good luck for those with interview scheduled. Take a deep breath, we've got through so far! :rolleyes:

We've just received the invitation to interview for December 9 in mail!! There's been no update on USCIS website since October though.

Hi!

So, thanks to the people who were afraid the letter for my adjustment of status appointment was a mistake, I finally got to talk to someone from my local office ( as they never answered, I had the good idea to call them non-stop this morning, hanging up before their voice message, and after a while, a lady answered, probably tired of hearing the phone ringing all the time :blush: And by the way, I found my local office number on the yellow pages...)!! And there is no mistake. My adjustement of status interview will be november 20th, and they also will be taken my biometrics the same day, probably before the interview!!!!! Hooray!! I guess the down side is that I am not going to receive any EAD before that, but if I can have my green card granted in 2 weeks, I am more than willing to wait!!! :dance:

Good luck for everyone... I've seen one early september filler got their EAD!! That's great news!!

Went online today and my EAD card went into production on November 7 and they said I should have it in 30 days.

I called the 1-800 number and my AP was approved yesterday and mailed yesterday. I just hope they over nighted it like they said so I can be on my home to be with my family during this time. Thanks everyone for all your help.

Ok now I have another question... (lol...)

I registered my I-485 and my I-765 on line to check the status and when I try to register my I-131 it says that I am trying to register a receipt the does not exits.... What is this???

Also I try calling to check the status and it says that that receipt can not be found.....

Does this mean that is a problem with it???

What can I do?

Ok now I have another question... (lol...)

Also I try calling to check the status and it says that that receipt can not be found.....

Does this mean that is a problem with it???

What can I do?

If there is a problem they will let you know - you also know they have received it because you have a receipt number.

Some applications will not appear on the web at all - some do, some don't.

If you don't hear back from them stating there is a problem, then you just have to wait.

The only 1-800 # I have is the National Customer Server #: 1-800-375-5283 (located at the bottom of the NOA)

You just have to listen to the machine and direct you to the right representative,

have your AP receipt number & personal information ready when you talk to them.

what is the 1-800#?
