Howdy peeps!

I think I'm addicted to check the status on uscis.gov, lol but I got touched yesterday:

Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.

Hello Everyone,

No update, just me freaking out as usual, there has been no update since after my biomeric appointment.

There were touches on the 15th the day of biometrics and 16th the day after.

But since then it says its pending at the office its been transferred to and i would be notified if a decision has been reached and if they need anything.

The Ead & AP.....completely still, not even a "Touch" since 18th when they recieved it in september.

I still stalk the mail man, check uscis zillion times daily, last thing at night first thing in the morning!

Is this same for others who filled at same time with me? Or they have all been getting the now famous "TOUCHES" like i read here everytime?

Meanwhile.... its sooooo gooooood to know that Its September filers turn... Did i hear Ead? Interviews?

YAAAY!!!! Uscis keep em coming!!!!

I'm addicted too! I check all the time!

But don't worry if you don't have any touches. Sometimes their system doesn't work. When I was waiting for my I 129, I never got any touches. And even if I had my NOA2 in June, my case is still today "recieved and pending" ! :blink:

Still no touches even after filing for the expedited EAD last Friday. Sheesh! :rolleyes:

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I just checked my case online, like I do every day. And there was a touch on my I-485. It says that my case has been transferred to the California Service Center. I'm very happy about that because this probably means no interview for us, yay :D.

No touch on my EAD since Oct 13th though. But hopefully I'll get some good news about that soon too...

Hooray! My hubby got his EAD today! Only 55 days from filing! AND! The USCIS Case status online thing didn't update until today, even though the card was approved on 10/27. Very exciting! Hope you're all doing well!

Congrats Darby. Just out of curiousity, was the date on his card the date they received the application or was it the date of approval? I'm just trying to figure out for EI payments from home. Thanks

April 13, 2009 - Welcome to the USA letter rec'd. PRC to be rec'd within 3 weeks.

April 16, 2009 - 2 yr GC rec'd in mail.

March 2, 2011 - Mailed in I-751 to CSC

March 4, 2011 - I-751 delivered to CSC

March 4, 2011 - NOA issued

March 12, 2011 - NOA received

April 14, 2011 - BIO Appt 5/6/11

May 6, 2011 - BIO done in 10 minutes...no re-takes this time :)

June 27, 2011 - Email rec'd "Status - Approved"

July 1, 2011 - 10 yr GC arrived

im addicted on checking my case online everyday can't help it too hehehhehe... got a letter of transfer from USCIS last monday and i got touched twice already 11/04 and 11/05 since the transfer last oct 28thand now is pending....... yahooo!!!

actually i dont just check once a day but more than twice a day! hahhahahha

09/30/08 - mailed AOS, AP and EAD thru USPS

10/02/08 - received and signed by V. Bustamante

10/06/08 - check cashed out

10/07/08 - date of NOA

10/08/08 - last touch for AP and EAD

10/28/08 - AOS transferred to CSC

11/04/08 - touched on AOS

11/05/08 - touched again on AOS

11/06/08 - touched again on AOS ( no touch on AP and EAD)

12/08/08 - EAD approved according to USCIS officer (from infopass)

12/09/08 - touched on AP and EAD

12/10/08 - AP approved dated 12/09

12/15/08 - AP on mail

01/12/09 - went to infopass - found out my EAD has been approved since DEC 8,2008

01/21/09 - biometrics appoinment

01/21/09- Card production ordered for I-765 and a touched for I-485

01/22/09 - touched on I-485

01/23/09 - touched again on i-485

01/26/09- touched again on I-485 and i-765! WOW!

01/29/09 - i-765 approval notice sent.. and EAD card received in mail

02/24/09 - AOS APPROVED!! thanks God!

02/25/09 - AOS touched again

02/27/09 - GC and welcome letter received in the mail

Hi! The date on his card was 10/27, so date of approval. Or filing date was 9/8, I think. Hope that helps!

September 2, 2008 - Mailed AOS and EAD

September 4, 2008 - AOS delivered... waiting.

September 4, 2008 - AOS NOA date!

September 15, 2008 - received Biometrics appointment

September 30, 2008 - Biometrics appointment!

November 3, 2008 - Received EAD!

November 12, 2008 - AOS Case Transferred to CSC

November 19, 2008 - Touched -Transfer Complete

December 28, 2008 - Real Wedding

January 12,2009 - AOS File TOUCHED at CSC

February 13, 2009 - AOS approved without interview!

February 19, 2009 - Welcome letter received

LIFTING CONDITIONS

November 12, 2010 - Mailed I-751 to VSC

November 19, 2010 - NOA 1

December 10, 2010 - Biometrics (He went early!)

April 4, 2010 - RFE - too little documentary evidence (bank statements, etc)

September 2006 to March 2008, 11 visits, 5 in Canada, 6 in NJ

Officially Engaged December 24th, 2007!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!
