Hooray! My hubby got his EAD today! Only 55 days from filing! AND! The USCIS Case status online thing didn't update until today, even though the card was approved on 10/27. Very exciting! Hope you're all doing well!

September 2, 2008 - Mailed AOS and EAD

September 4, 2008 - AOS delivered... waiting.

September 4, 2008 - AOS NOA date!

September 15, 2008 - received Biometrics appointment

September 30, 2008 - Biometrics appointment!

November 3, 2008 - Received EAD!

November 12, 2008 - AOS Case Transferred to CSC

November 19, 2008 - Touched -Transfer Complete

December 28, 2008 - Real Wedding

January 12,2009 - AOS File TOUCHED at CSC

Congrats, darby! :goofy: That makes me hopeful as my husband is also a UK filer in Boston. His biometrics appointment was 11 days after yours, so fingers crossed we'll be getting ours soon... He's going stir-crazy!!!

Hey karvy- good to know there's another couple like us in Boston! Somehow it's a comfort... if you ever want to have a Boston K-1 meet-up, let me know! I know my husband would probably be happy to meet another guy in his position!

the last update on my i-485 was 10/28..

i checked my case online today..

then i saw new date 10/29!!!

then i clicked the case.. then nothin..

i refreshed it..

the "last update" thing went back to 10/28??

i logged off then logged in again..

the case still says 10/28.. :wacko:

what a tease? :(

Grrrr. 2nd and final attempt at good fingerprints -- fail. She said they'll likely be rejected again, can't get good prints. Said after the 2nd rejection they'll probably send a letter asking for a police report instead.
