September AOS filers

I think i have one of those cases that they dont update the website. My Wife is Canadian and its a very simple K1 case - but no touches since the biometrics on Oct 5. I would have assumed there would have at least been a touch in those 4 weeks but nothing.
Most others are ahead of me in terms of progress

Also - our case is still at the MSC/NBC

I am in the same boat as you ... my case hasn't been touched since my biometrics as well!

It's a pretty big boat, as I'm in it with you guys! My case is slightly different than most people here though, coming from 0-1 visa.

me too, no touches, nothing, nada. My EAD still won't show up on their website either. Even though I did the biometrics for it on Sept 30 along with AOS Biometrics.

:yes: I am very happy because I just passed my DL, and now I've got a shiny brand new Alaskan ID and DL!!! I guess that cheers me up a bit as I still haven't heard anything from USCIS since September 16th and as I still freak out because I haven't got any bio letter yet!!

Anyway, first thing first, I've got an ID!!!

We just got transferred to CSC...Is that a good sign?

Same here. No touches since biometrics on the EAD. I had a touch on the I-485 because of the response to a RFE, but it has been a week and nothing.

I guess we need to wait. What else is new?! :reading:

We've had touches (since biometrics) when it came to an RFE. Then after they received the information we had one yesterday, with an update as to status on the website. Then a new one today. Don't know what it means, but I hope it's good.

Biometrics went super quick.

I was out of there in under 10 minutes, first in line.

The man said I'll have to go back for my AP biometrics because they use to do all 3 but now only do 2....sigh.

It's news to me that there are biometrics required for the AP.

Patrick & eL, I am in the exact same boat... There have been some touches since the RFE evidence was received at the MSC. Now, just waiting... :dance: :wacko:
